The MUST-HAVE accessory for the newest type of hard drives being manufactured. It's not enough to replace the hard drive, you need to replace the cable with the type recommended for the Ultra ATA 133 standard, and compatible with the ATA 100 /66 standard as well.

These can also be a benefit for the non-ATA 66 drives by reducing the noise and interference generated through regular IDE cables. So it can improve the performance of ANY IDE drive! (not compatible with all older drives, one middle pin is blocked)

These are 36" cables. 80 wires with 40 pin connectors. The drive connectors are 12" apart.
