If you send Money order cashiers check please inform us shipping address and telephone number and make sure you have your item number on the check as well.All personal checks are held up to 7-10 days to clear. Please verify your address during checkout. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

NOTE: Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. If you wish to combine multiple auctions for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first auction to the last auction are within seven days.

Return Policy Details: California Rug Gallery stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled.
