Shipping: This item ships directly from the warehouse so if you live outside the lower 48 I have to have it shipped to me then I ship to you so it can take up to 7 days for it to ship but usually ships sooner.

Shipping discount:  I do discount on items shipping from the same warehouse so if you are interested in more then one item email me and I will let you know if there will be a discount.

Payment:  Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.  You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American express or check through paypal or use your paypal account.

Handling Time:  Your item will ship within three business days of cleared payment.  Most items ship the next business day.

Customs:  Your item will be marked as other (retail sale) for the full value you bid without exception.   We will not mark it as a gift or sample, nor lower the cost for anyone anytime anywhere anyhow.  Buyer is responsible for customs charges.

Insurance:  We offer shipping insurance on domestic items.  We get a receipt for every package and have to end our liability there.  We may require insurance on some items.  International customers – Some shipping companies limit insurance.  If the shipper’s limit is less than the product value we are not responsible for the balance.

Sales Tax:  Florida residents must pay 6% sales tax on the cost of the item and shipping.

Returns:  We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 7 days for a refund of the cost of the item only.  SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDED.

Defective Items:  All items we sell are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty only.  Items may only be returned to us if we will be refunded by the manufacturer.  Shipping costs are not refunded.  Buyer is responsible for complying with the manufacturer’s warranty requirements.
