Shipping

Save on shipping by purchasing more than one item!  Shipping charges can be combined for all items purchased within 7 days of the end of auction of the first item.  A combined invoice will be sent for all items purchased.  If payment is received before a combined invoice is sent, then shipping charges will not be combined.

Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order.  Shipping charges quoted are for the United States and Canada only.  Most items are shipped via UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified.  If you would like to use a different shipping service, please email us BEFORE bidding or purchasing so we can quote you a shipping charge.  Because some items are shipped directly from the supplier, alternate shipping methods may not be available.

We try our best to process all orders within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of cleared payment.  Your order will ship accordingly thereafter.  Most non-personalized, in-stock orders arrive to you within 7 – 10 business days of receipt of payment.  Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Should you need an item shipped sooner than 3 full business days, please email us for expediting options.

All personalized products ship within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of cleared payment and your personalization choices.  Even if you expedite a favor order, the 5 to 7 day personalization time still applies.  In order to decrease shipping costs, personalized orders will be shipped with favor orders.  All orders ship via UPS. 

Payment

We accept PayPal and credit cards.  Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of auction.  Please use the “Pay Now” option provided in your invoice email to confirm shipping, get your total price, and arrange your payment method.  Payments made by personal check or eCheck through PayPal must wait for the funds to clear before your order will be processed (usually 5 - 7 days).  Sales tax will be charged for all orders shipped to Florida.  If payment if not received within 7 days of end of auction, a non-paying bidders report will be filed with eBay and negative feedback will be left. 

Availability

Most of our items are in stock at all times, although there are some occasions where items may become backordered.  If at any time an item is placed on backorder, we will let you know the approximate date of availability.  You will have the choice of holding your order until it is available or canceling your bid or purchase if necessary.  If we are unable to reach you or you have not attempted to contact us, your order will be held and will ship when it becomes available.

Returns

Wedding invitations, programs, accessories, wedding favors, and bridesmaids or groomsmen gifts that have been personalized are non-refundable.  For all other items, a refund will be given for your order for any reason within 14 days.  Your refund will be given as money back for the purchase price of them item (total amount paid less shipping/handling charges) upon receipt of your return.  You are responsible for paying the shipping/handling charges to return the item to us. 

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the unwanted portion of the order.  We charge shipping and handling for exchanged orders being reshipped.  Your new order will ship upon payment of these new shipping charges.

Once an order has been received, it cannot be canceled or modified.  If the order is unwanted, you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange.  Remember, all orders must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

If any portion of your order has been damaged during shipping, we will replace it.  Please notify us within 5 days of receipt of your order to request a replacement.

Feedback

If there are any problems with your order, please contact us before you leave feedback so we can make every effort to get it resolved.  If you are happy with your order, positive feedback would be greatly appreciated.  Our customers important to us and we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.  Feedback will be left once we receive feedback from you and know that you are satisfied with your purchase.

All items are new and in original packaging unless otherwise stated in item description.
