This is a group of 4 unusual hinges.  These look like Hinges for Andersen Frenchwood Hinged and Frenchwood Outswing doors. 

3 are marked R and one is marked L.  Some paint and surface corrosion that can be cleaned.  The one marked left is blackened in the center (see photos) - I don't know if it can be cleaned. Some scratching. Otherwise these seem in good working condition.

Brass

 

Each hinge is marked with the AW (Andersen Windows) part number and U.S. Patent number.
