Now don't go asking me a lot of questions 'cause the chance of me knowing the answer is mute. I bought these at an Estate Sale and the seller told me they are old. They looked old so that was good enough for me. Because I know you know and that is all that matters. If they are old someone will bid. If he lied and I was taken, nobody will bid and I'm stuck with them. But that's not all bad. My neighbor has a boat and I have an old rusty fishing pole so I'll go out and use them until they get snagged in a tree or some fish makes off with them. Heaven forbid I actually catch something because then I have to clean it. You can bet it will be a catch and release. Anyway, what you see is what you get. I hope they appeal to you so I don't have to risk hooking myself while out on the water. With my luck I'll hook a pinkie packing them for shipment. Buyer gets all four lures.
