I have Four Columbia Phonograph Records that measure 10 inches, have Nov 30, 1909 patent dates and Columbia Graphophone Company on their labels.

One has Feb 11, 1908 as the most recent patent date and Columbia Phonograph Company on the label. It also is the only record that lists GRAND PRIZES - Paris 1900, St Louis 1904 and Milan 1906.
