We will pack your item(s) with care and hand stamp each box as "FRAGILE". We will gladly combine multiple items to reduce shipping and postage costs, but not if it cannot be done, safely. We will entertain alternative means of shipping for larger items.
Your Insurance is included in our $5 domestic or $7 international packing fees, as we ship FOB from our zip code, 48893. Winner pays actual postage. Holmden & Company ships FOB USPS Domestic Priority or FOB USPS International Priority. Michigan residents pay 6% Sales tax. Winner agrees to pay within 10 days of close of auction. We ship promptly upon payment clearance.
Domestic payment by PayPal is preferred. Domestic payment via Cashier's Check, Money Order or personal check are acceptable, however be advised that these forms of payment delay shipping a reasonable length of time to accommodate both financial institutions' clearance protocols. Most items paid via PayPal are shipped within 24 hours. Most other payment choices will be shipped 10 to 14 days after deposit, following clearance.
International payment must be via PayPal. PLEASE NOTICE: All international addresses must be verified by PayPal. We will make every effort to ship internationally, as long as the shipping service allows shipping to that location. Please do not bid internationally, unless you first confirm that your destination is acceptable to our shipping service, USPS. Please be aware that there may be pricey international shipping charges, beyond our control. PAYMENT BY CHECK IS NOT AN OPTION FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES. ALL INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT MUST BE VIA PAYPAL. US CUSTOMS FORMS REQUIRE YOUR 10 DIGIT PHONE NUMBER.
Regrets, Returns and Refunds: Please notify us if displeased with our item within 14 days after the item is shipped to you. If the negligence was ours, returned items will be considered for refund of the auction bid price. You must return the same item (no substitutions) to us in the same manner (insured USPS Domestic International Priority) and in the same condition as it was originally shipped to you, in order for us to consider refunding the bid price. You will have our heartfelt apology and we will refund, if we have erred. We will not be held liable for our well packaged and insured items, should the postal service damage the item. Once your item safely arrives, please leave feedback for us. It will be our pleasure to leave feedback in kind for you.
