  • Tickets must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase at 114 West Third Street Cincinnati Ohio 45202, located downtown between Race Street and Elm Street.  
  • The PayPal account holder must present a valid government issued photo ID & copy of the PayPal receipt upon pick-up. 
  • The credit/debit cardholder must present card upon pick-up. 
  • A release form is required if it is absolutely necessary to have another person pick up your tickets. Call 1.800.237.8849 for details.

    • Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm
