100% of the proceeds will be donated to Cocker Spaniel Rescue to assist homeless Cocker Spaniels.
 
The shipping and handling fee on this item is $4.00 via Media Mail. The fee includes postage and packaging supplies. Shipping and handling fee also includes Delivery Confirmation, which is required by PayPal. Shipping and handling fee for additional cookbook lots purchased and paid for together is an additional $1.00 per lot. I will ship to the USA only. I do not ship to APO or FPO adresses.
