ZONES Explained

Q: What is a ZONE?
A: A ZONE is grouping of sections that are geographically similar within the venue, and offer a similar view point of the event.

Q: Why buy a ZONE ticket?
A: Several reasons:

1. Exact Seat Locations may not currently or may never be available for purchase by the general public
2. Exact Seat Locations may be available, but the ZONE Tickets may be priced cheaper than an exact seat location for the area of the venue I want to sit in.
3. I want to secure myself tickets to an event and I want to know that I am guaranteed to be in a certain quality seat.
4. I want to pay less to attend the event and I am willing to wait to receive my Exact Seat Locations.

Q: Why do you not know the Exact Seat Locations now?
A: As professional Ticket Brokers, we are constantly buying & selling tickets for all types of events. Often we expect ticket inventory for various events, but may not know the Exact Seat Locations yet. In these situations, we may know the general area of the stadium the tickets will be in (i.e. ZONE), so we will offer the ZONE for sale, then fill the order with the appropriate tickets when we get them.

Q: If I buy a ZONE ticket, when will I know my Exact Seat Locations?
A: You will know your Exact Seat Locations once we assign tickets to your ZONE order. This may occur several days or weeks before the event, or it may occur right at that delivery deadline. There will be variance from event to event depending our on suppliers and the ease to secure tickets.

It is very important that you understand that you may not know your Exact Seat Locations until you receive the tickets. If you are not comfortable with this, we urge you not to purchase a ZONE ticket.

Delivery

Q: What are my delivery options?
A: All shipping is initially set for Local delivery/Pick-up the day of the event (in the city where the event is taking place).

For most orders we will have tickets available for shipment in advance of the event date (and sometimes well in advance). Given the opportunity, we will FedEx the tickets to a location of your choice.

Regardless of which shipping method is used, there will be NO shipping cost to you.

It is very important that you understand that you may not receive your tickets until the day of the event. If you are not comfortable with this, we urge you not to purchase a ZONE ticket.

Q: Why is the guaranteed delivery date set so close to the event date?
A: This is what allows us to be very competitive with the price we offer for each ZONE ticket. The more time we have to fill your ZONE order with the appropriate Exact Seat Locations, the more risk we are willing to take by offering a cheap price.

Fulfillment

Q: Are all orders guaranteed?
A: Yes. All orders are 100% guaranteed to be filled with Exact Seat Locations within your chosen ZONE or in an upgraded ZONE.

Q: Will my seats be together?
A: Yes. If the auction is for (2) two tickets –both tickets will be side by side in the same row. This also applies for any other quantity available for sale. Tickets sold together in an auction will always be side by side.

Q: What if seats in my ZONE aren't available?
A: In the unlikely event that we are unable to secure tickets within your chosen ZONE, we will provide you with tickets in an upgraded ZONE (at no additional cost to you).

Q: What is an upgraded ZONE?
A: An upgraded ZONE includes any other listed ZONE (see color map) that is considered a better location within the venue, while keeping a similar geographical vantage point.

1. Baseball: Closer to the dugouts and/or closer to the field (without moving further away from the dugout)
2. Football: Closer to the 50 yard line and/or closer to the field (without moving further away from the 50 yard line)
3. Basketball: Closer to the mid-court and/or closer to the court (without moving further away from mid-court)
4. Hockey: Closer to the mid-ice and/or closer to the ice (without moving further away from mid-ice)
5. Tennis: Closer to the court
6. Boxing/MMA/WWE: Closer to the ring
