All sales are final, however all items are shipped insured and we guarantee the item as described. If we misrepresent the item, customer has 5 days to return the item in same package and in same condition as shipped (we will refund total payment including shipping charges once received as stated). If item is received damaged or missing parts, customer has 30 days to inform us of the problem. After 30 days, no refunds or returns will be accepted. At our discretion/acceptance all other returns will be as follows: Customer returns item in same package and in same condition as shipped, payment refunded - deducting 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges.
