Most Tickets are in hand and will ship the same business day of your purchase, however please note the following exceptions: Sporting Event Tickets purchased prior to the start of the season will ship roughly 7 days prior to the start of the season, NASCAR and Concert Tickets ship roughly 2-4 weeks prior to the event and Playoff and NCAA Bowl Tickets will ship 1-2 weeks prior to the event date. This "Delay" is a result in us awaiting the tickets to be printed from the venue and delivered to our office. A receipt with your tracking number and or estimated shipping date will be furnished immediately upon purchase via email. Big Dog Tickets Tickets will at times utilize an email delivery of your tickets to ensure a timely and cost efficient delivery, this will be clearly noted in the listing for reference prior to your purchase by showing an estimated delivery date.

Terms and Conditions

1. Tickets we sell are often obtained through the secondary market and are being resold, in many cases, above or below the face value listed on the ticket.  Placing a bid or by ending this listing through Buy It Now, you agree that the purchase price for tickets on the order does not reflect the original purchase price of the ticket and may be either higher or lower than the original purchase price.
2. Serious bidders only. Bidding on this auction enters you into a legally binding agreement to complete the purchase per these Terms & Conditions and eBay's Terms & Conditions.
3. If you have a feedback less than 98% or you have been a member of eBay less than 30 days, you MUST contact us before bidding. We reserve the right to cancel any bid by those in the category.
4. All seats are together side-by-side unless otherwise noted in the auction listing.
5. We will only ship to your PayPal Confirmed Address or your Credit Card Billing Address. We will not ship to any other address. All tickets must be signed for when delivered. FedEx or respective carrier) will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Buyer assumes all responsibility to contact FedEx (or respective carrier) if no one is present to sign for the delivery. Buyer agrees to pay for return shipping as well as reshipping charges if tickets are returned to us.
6. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Your PayPal Confirmed Address must be a physical street since FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes.
7. Tickets that are emailed can only be emailed if you have a feedback rating of 96% or higher, no negative feedbacks in the last 6 months, and have been a member of eBay at least 6 months. Tickets will only be emailed to the email address on your PayPal account. No exceptions.
8. Payment must be received in the timeframe stated in the auction listing.  We will file a Non-Paying Bidder Complaint with eBay if payment is not received.
9. If you win and fail to comply, tickets will be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted.
10. If you are in Dallas and pay via PayPal, only the PayPal account holder can pick up the tickets and must present a photo id when picking up the tickets
11. Texas residents MUST add the 8.25% Texas state sales tax if the event is in Texas or the delivery address is in Texas.
12. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. All prices are in US dollars.
13. If the event is rescheduled the tickets will be good for the new date. If the event is cancelled and not rescheduled you will be issued either:
14. A full store credit in the amount of your payment good for another ticket purchase from our store
15. A refund minus eBay fees made to the same payment method used to pay for the auction
16. Rescheduled dates, times, opening acts, change in actors, performers or players for any reason, including, but not limited to illness, injury, or vacation, are not considered cancellations.
17. We are not held responsible for missed events due to any change in dates or time. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verify that the date and time on the purchaser's ticket is still valid.
18. We are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets after they have arrived. Keep them in a safe place, since we cannot replace them.
19. We reserve the right to cancel bids made by bidders with an overall negative feedback rating.
20. PLEASE do not bid if you do not agree to the above. Placing your bid enters you into a legally binding agreement to purchase the product for the amount you bid, plus applicable sales tax, plus shipping.  We will file a Non-Paying Bidder Complaint with eBay if payment is not received or reversed.
