We are very proud of their skills, they safely ship several thousand packages every month. Our in house foam in place machine is used to make custom foam inserts to protect those hard to pack and heavy items. Our very reasonable shipping and handling fees are based on these professional skills and facilities. We will not ship using your account, please do not ask.
Combined Orders: If you have bid on multiple auctions, please wait until all auctions have ended before proceeding to our checkout. All items must be paid within 7 days. If you need help contact us by calling or writing. The auctions should automatically be combined when you go through the checkout. The checkout will combine the orders and calculate a shipping discount for each item after the full shipping amount is charged for the item with the highest shipping rate. Local Pick Up: Appointments must be scheduled to pick items up at our location, call 806.376.1121. There is a seven dollar and fifty cents ($ 7.50) pickup fee for the first three items, more if you are difficult. Appointment hours are Monday through Friday between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm. Some items may require 24-hour notice for preparation, all items require a minimum of two hours notice. No items may be picked up without an appointment.
We will attempt to ship your item within 48 hours after payment has been received. To get a real-time shipping quote to your destination, enter your country and zip / postal code information into the shipping calculator and click "Get Rate". This item is eligible for pickup unless otherwise stated. Many countries impose their own customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country. Seller is not in any way responsible for VAT Taxes or Duty. Texas residents who have resale certificate must fax a completed Texas Resale Certificate to us 806.351.2284.
Payment Terms:Please do not bid if you do not want to buy, we reserve the right to re-list the item if not paid after 7 days. Payments not received within 7 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees. If we have not received payment after the 16th day, we will turn the auction over to eBay for Final Value Fee Reimbursement (FVF). Note An Unpaid Dispute will NOT hurt your standing on eBay; a FVF request will affect your standing on eBay. We reserve the right to leave negative feedback. We will send the winning bidder an invoice within one (1) hour of auction end adding shipping/handling/insurance fees (see above for explanation of handling fees) based upon zip code listed with eBay. Please see shipping details above for shipping methods. Winning bidders are expected to confirm their order within three (3) business days after invoice sent.
