Up for auction I have one (1) Wilson Official NFL football autographed by 4 different Heisman Trophy Winners, as listed below:
1) Johnny Rodgers, nicknamed 'The Jet" for his rapid acceleration, played for the Nebraska Cornhuskers and wore the number 20. He was an all-American, A Walter Camp Award winner and Heisman Trophy winner in 1972;
2) Hopalong Cassidy, player for the Ohio State Buckeyes from 1952-1955, was the Maxwell Award winner and Heisman Trophy Winner in 1955 and was named the Associated Press Athlete of the Year;
3) Johnny Lattner, played for Notre Dame in 1952-1953, won the Maxwell Award twice and the Heisman Trophy in 1953, played one year for the Pittsburg Steelers; and
4) Gino Toretta, a University of Miami alumni who was one h*ll of a quarterback (26-1 college record), Heisman Trophy Winner in winner in 1992.
A very diverse group of autographs. These were the team prize at a charity golf tournament and the ball was signed right at the awards table in front of the whole crowd so I know they are authentic - I was there. Anyway, I have several of these and they need to go. This one is in perfect condition and comes with its original case. The ball still has the tag on it. Good Luck Bidding.
