The Little Princess/ Shirley Temple Shorts

Based on Frances Hodgson Burnett's popular children's book and stage play, THE LITTLE PRINCESS features one of Shirley Temple's most memorable performances and her first Technicolor appearance. Temple stars as Sara Crewe, a little rich girl who is enrolled in a prestigious boarding school while her father goes off to fight in the Boer War in Africa. When Sara receives news of her father's death, the school's ruthless headmistress makes the newly penniless girl a virtual slave and forces her to live in a cold, dark garret. Sara, who refuses to accept that her father has died, escapes from the school to search for him, believing that if she can find him, her tragic days of abuse and poverty may be over. The production values in this enthralling riches-to-rags-to-riches Victorian drama are lavish, and the plot and performances are deftly handled by director Walter Lang, but it is of course the irresistibly charming Temple who ensures this movie's lasting place in the hearts of her fans, film lovers, and children of all ages. And Temple, along with an adorable cast of toddlers, is equally winning in these three classic SHIRLEY TEMPLE SHORTS: "War Babies," "Kid In Africa," and "Dora's Dunkin' Donuts."

Seven Alone (1974)

The true story, set in 1843, of the seven brave Sager children, whose parents died while the family was en route from Missouri to the more temperate climes of Oregon. Following early pioneers on a migration to the west was no easy task for the Sagers, but through struggle and determination they do prevail.

Please note some of our items are shelf pulls: this is because they rattle in the case, artwork sleeve may have been cut when box was opened, case got smashed, etc.  

We take these items: check DVD, test, replace them to spindle or we open the item, tested, and replace case with a new standard black. If items are used we test, replace worn cases, clean (case from sticker residue & DVDs) and repair if scratched. We spend a lot of time to try bringing you a quality viewing item at a reasonable price.

We are Not a Dropshipper. Every order is shipped within 24 hours of payment, Unless there is a problem with your address.
