General Condition Statement:  Please look closely at the pictures and the above statement to see what's included.  If you don't see it in the pictures and it isn't noted in the info above, then it's not included.  Please ask questions before bidding.  Any item that isn't in its original sealed box might have minor cosmetic issues such as fine-to-light scratches and the like.  Used items might have more issues such as chipped paint, small dings, scuffs, light cleanable surface rust, and grime from general use.  We would consider all that to be understood and we won't waste time describing every little flaw.  You can also expect to perform normal prep and maintenance work on any item before putting it into service.  We receive these items to sell from others and have no operational history with them, so we'll just test them as best we know how and report to you anything we think is important in the statement above.  If it has any substantial cosmetic problem like a dent we'll also note that as well.
