- Please email any questions or concerns to us before bidding, and allow up to 24 hours for a response.  Always send email to us through Ebay. We do not open emails except those sent through Ebay.

- All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refund payments. We imply no warranty, however, if the product itself states that it has a warranty, it will be within our listing information.  In the event there is an error in our listing or the item is received damaged or broken we will issue you a complete refund or replace your item with the same or similar product.  Refunds will not be issued until the product is returned and received by us.

- Your payment must be received within 7 days of close of auction or we will re-list your item.

- We are always happy to combine shipping charges so that you may save on your shipping costs within any of our listed items.  Please let us know if you are interested in a quote for discounted shipping.

-         Feedback is very important to us, once your transaction is fully complete and we have received your positive feedback, feedback will be left for you.
