SKIRT DESCRIPTION: The skirt is fashioned with a satin ribbon tie waistband to eliminate extra bulk. Will fit ALL SIZES!!! (This is especially helpful when our waist size varies a bit depending on the season!) Hemline is generous and provides a beautiful full sweep with each and every step! All seams are serge-stitch finished & skirt is finish hemmed to 43 inches. Beautiful black plaid.
SASH: Sash is charcoal/black to match color in skirt and adorably completes your skirt set. Sash drapes gracefully and provides an attractive large bow and tails to accentuate the back of your costume.
CAPE: Beautiful matching REVERSIBLE cape adds a charming nostalgic touch. The perfect addition to your costume!!!
