Item ships directly from manufacturer by UPS ground service with insurance included. No shipping to PO Boxes allowed by UPS

NOTE: This item ships factory direct so we can not control inventory. In the event of a stock shortage you will be told the anticipated back-order waiting time. You may at your option have an immediate full refund, or you may decide to stay on the order list and wait for shipment. Items are in stock when auction is posted.

Ships to continental 48 and Alaska only at this time. No shipping to APO/AFO addresses at this time.

Return Policy

We are proud of the high quality of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase.

A 7 day inspection period from date of delivery is allowed. Products must be in original, un-used condition. Return process is easy. Once you receive your RMA (return material authorization) number you can return the merchandise for a refund or replacement. You must contact us before returning your product. We will be glad to work with you to resolve any issue. Return shipments will not be accepted without prior written approval.

All returns must be shipped prepaid and are subject to a 15% repackaging charge. All claims for damages and freight shortages must be filed within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Refunds for returned goods will be in the form of money back. Shipping cost(s) are not refundable. Returned products must be unused in its original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Save the packing slip that comes with your shipment for any future warranty issue.
