RETURN POLICY
We offer a 7-day Standard Return Policy on our eBay orders.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you can arrange for this within 7 days of receiving it. Just send e-mail to returns@dluggagestore.com or call toll-free (866) 558 2643 or (305) 260 6391 to arrange this. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and Return Authorization number within a few business days. Returned products must be unused and in their original package.
If you return your purchase you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to the warehouse. You will be refunded the purchase price less 15% restocking fee when your return has been processed at the warehouse. Return processing time can be up to four weeks.
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is incorrect, missing parts, or damaged we will send replacements to you. Please call the toll-free phone number on your order receipt and our customer service team will arrange this for you. Replacements generally leave the warehouse within two weeks of being ordered.
