Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment PayPal is the PREFERRED payment method. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express) are accepted with verified information. If paying by credit card you must contact the office with your card information, billing address and shipping address. Payment is due within 72 hours of close of auction. Items found to be other than as described may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, including original shipping costs (we must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of the item that a return is going to be made)
Fees Handling fees are added when a flat shipping charge is not listed in the auction. Handling fees vary from $2.00 - $7.40 depending upon the size of the item. Fees are included when using the "calculate" shipping costs feature.
Shipping Unless otherwise noted in the listing, shipping is available to U.S.A. only. Shipping costs to Hawaii and Alaska will be greater than those to the other 48 states. Shipping will be by USPS or DHL unless otherwise noted in the auction, or requested in advance prior to the close of the auction.
Delivery Shipments are made Monday through Friday only! Payments received and cleared before 2:00 p.m. est will normally ship the same day. Shipments will be made within 2 business days of receipt of cleared funds.
Refunds & Returns Returns will be accepted if the item is found to be other than how it was listed. Our office must be notified with 48 hours of receipt of the item, that a return/refund has been requested.
