• Shipping insurance is NOT included but highly recommended.
• Payment must be received within one week of the auction close. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the item if payment has not been received within this time frame.
• We usually ship within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. However, please allow up to 3 business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.
• No international shipping (other than Canada) at this point.
• We ship most of our orders via USPS priority mail and we combine shipments whenever possible. If all or some of your orders can be packed into a  USPS priority flat-rate box, then those orders can definitely be combined. Otherwise, whether your orders can be combined will be decided on a case by case basis and so please ask before you bid. Because of the substantial weight and/or volume of most of our items, combined-shipping may not always be possible. Combined shipping discount is calculated by the full shipping price of the most expensive item in terms of shipping, and then half-priced shipping fees for the rest items. If you wish to combine shipping, please wait until all auctions have ended before completing checkout. Please be advised that you will have 7 days from the end of the first auction to complete checkout before your order will be cancelled. Please don't pay until we send you a combined invoice. An order cannot be combined or modified after it has been paid. 

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures
Please send an email to gopherdirect@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
