4 Rare Dungeon Monsters, 1 Basilisk, 1 Coctrice, 1 Dark Dwarf and 1 Orc
for Warhammer or Dungeons & Dragons
Manufactured in the Late 1970s and Early 1980s
Painted and Ready for Your Next Battle!
This auction is for four dungeon figures including a rare basilisk and cocktrice lead figures in 25mm scale. I am not sure of the actual manufacturer or date of any of the items except one. The orc is from a TSR set and it is missing an arm. He was separated from the set and I found him this year so he was not sold with the set. All of my figures were purchased from the late 1970s to mid 1980s so I am sure that they were manufactured around this time period. These guys are really cool and highly detailed lead miniatures, 25 years old, and collectors items. These figures would be great for any display and they would make a wonderful addition to any collection. I bought these figures for Advanced Dungeons and Dragons gaming but now there are plenty of games you could use it for or just for display. They are painted and ready for your next battle. The figures are also painted with a glosscoat to protect the figures from chipping and from handling when using them in gaming. At one time the cocktrice was broken and I reglued it with superglue. You can see it if you look closely but it is difficult to see in the photos.
Auction includes:
1 basilisk
1 cocktrice
1 dark dwarf wrapped in a cloth with cap and armed with scimitar and shield
1 orc in full armor with plate mail armed with shield – note arm is missing see photo (I used him for a “dead orc” in gaming)
I had great fun painting miniatures and gaming and I am sure you will too. I am downsizing my collection and I will be auctioning several figures and a couple gaming bases. This week I also have a skeleton "Legion of the Undead," 19 knights and horses up for auction, and rare accessory sets so make sure and take a look at these sets too. These miniatures were stored in a smoke free environment. Free shipping for buyers in the continental United States! Normally I have several items up for auction at once and will definitely combine shipping for you and charge what the eBay postal calculator indicates by weight for international customers. I can probably fit dozens of figures in one box for you.
I prefer PayPal but will also accept money orders or cashiers check as well. I will ship when I receive your money order. Payment is due within 7 days unless you want me to hold the items for a week to ship with the items you are currently bidding on. Just e-mail me and let me know and I will send you an invoice with combined shipping. No Reserve! So this is your chance to get a real bargain!
Good luck and happy bidding!
