How do I receive the shipping discount?
Request us to combine your invoices. All items must be paid in one invoice to receive our shipping discount. You will only make one payment with a combined invoice. Once you complete payment, we are unable to combine additional purchases into that shipment. Sorry ~ NO exceptions.
Stated shipping rates are for the CONTIGUOUS US only. All other shipping destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, should contact us for total shipping cost. We are not responsible for duties, taxes or other special fees associated with shipping.
How fast will I get my purchase?
Your item(s) will be carefully packed and shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt. Exact delivery time depends on shipping destination.
What is your return policy?
We take great care in packaging our merchandise however; we cannot be responsible for broken items once they have left our possession therefore insurance on breakable items is highly recommended. Should an item arrive damaged, and insurance is purchased, a full refund will be given directly from the shipping carrier. We will accept returns only if the item is not as described. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for an authorization to return merchandise. All items meeting the specified criteria must be returned and contain all of the original product packaging. Upon inspection of returned merchandise, we will issue a credit for the total purchase price of the merchandise. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
