There are all sorts of various grades or conditions in the mix but they are all US Mint SILVER coinage, 1964 or earlier. They will be shipped to you in four standard quarter wrappers. This auction is for 160 silver quarters. A great cache for you silver collectors.

Silver and silver quarters are a great investment. They're valuable because they're older coins, and coins have been going up strongly in price over the last few years. Plus, these quarters are genuine silver, and the price of silver is going up, too. If the time ever comes that gold and silver coins were again used as money, coins would be worth only their metal content. Numismatic (collector) premiums would disappear. Anyone using gold or silver coins to buy goods or services would not be asked, "What's the mint mark on your coin?" Nor will they be asked, "When was it minted?" The question would be, "What's the silver content?". If you ever need to use your gold and silver to buy goods and services, you will want silver coins and small gold coins.

Investing in silver coins may have several advantages over Silver Rounds and Bars; the silver content per ounce over spot usually costs less than Rounds or Bars, as there are no minting costs involved. Another potential advantage is that individual coins in the rolls or bags can individually appreciate over the actual silver content.
