This package contains 4 brand new never opened Sonicare E-Series standard replacement heads.  They fit the elite, essence, Xtreme & ADVANCE toothbrushes.  These are the very newest heads that fit E-Series & Advance handles.  We live in Salt Lake City and if you go to RiteAid they sell a two pack for $33.99.
