These brush heads are compatible with the Essence series (e5000 models), Elite series (e7000 and e9000 models) and Xtreme series (e3000 models) handles. The mail in rebate is valid on the purchase of Sonicare e series brush heads. Purchase must be made on or before 12/31/2008.  Rebate must be postmarked no later than 01/31/2009. You must enclose the original rebate form, proof of purchase/UPC and original sales receipt (will be provided to you). Limit one rebate per individual or address. Allow 8-10 weeks for redemption.  Rebate is only valid in the US, therefore, no rebate form or sales receipt will be mailed to international bidders.

Please bid carefully.  Make sure these replacement brush heads fit your toothbrush model and that they are the size brush heads you want.  While returns for exchange of unopened packages bought erroniously are welcome, they are at your expense.
