We have up for auction a very nice lot of four Taylor Smith & Taylor Interstate Sunrise Salad Plates. The plates measure 7 1/4" across. All the pieces are in good condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Sunrise Ware has the same pastel glazes that TS&T used on the LuRay line of dinnerware. The main difference in the two patterns is the cute rope trim used on the edges of the Sunrise Ware pieces.

There are some references that list Interstate Sunrise Ware as being made by Homer Laughlin. I am not sure if this is a mistake or if Homer Laughlin made the blanks for Taylor Smith and Taylor. The shape of the Sunrise Ware is definately TS&T's "Plymouth" shape and the glazes are definately the LuRay line glazes. (LuRay was also a TS&R line.)

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may be more on heavier items, please email us before bidding. Want to save money on shipping? We offer a 30% shipping discount on multiple auctions when they are paid for at the same time. All you have to do is add the shipping for each item up and multiply by .70.
