All of our products are 100% brand new. If you have received a defective item, please contact us within 14 calendar days for a replacement. All returns must be authorized with an RMA#. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted. Products must be returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. This includes: boxes, instruction manuals and blank cards. Products returned without factory original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued exchange only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. Please note that we are not responsible for any damaged, lost and/or stolen merchandise. For your protection, we recommend insurance and proof of delivery for all packages.

Payment must be received within 7 business days after order is confirmed.
A tracking number will be provided after we ship your order.
Order not paid within 7 business days will be canceled, negative feedback will be given.
