Payment
- We prefer payment via PayPal or Propay in order to ship your items as soon as possible.
- All Indiana residents are required to pay an addition 7% sales tax on the amount of the purchase (excluding shipping)
- Payment should be made within 7 days from the end of the listing unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Shipping
Please allow 10 business days for us to create your package.
- If you need us to rush your order please contact us before purchasing to see if it is possible.
- Floral packages are shipped by USPS.
For our International Customers -
- We offer two shipping servers for our International customers, 1st Class International (for a total combined weight not exceeding 4 lbs) or Priority Mail International.
- Please note that First Class International can take up to 10-15 additional intrasit shipping days.
- International orders are subject to import duties and customs taxes, each calculated based on the total value of the product and dependent on that country's particular requirements.
- These import duties and customs taxes are not included in our pricing.
- Your country will collect these fees at the time of delivery
Combined Shipping -
- We source our items from several manufacturers in the U.S.
- Please let us know if you are planning on buying multiple items.
- We will try to accomodate a combined or reduced shipping rate for multiple purchases.
- Items may ship from different warehouses at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments
- Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable.
- We will issue credit or send you replacements
- Please allow enough time to receive the replacements via USPS Priority Mail
- We cannot be responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your event
- We recommend that you inspect your items as soon as you receive them
- All damage or shortage claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
Return Policy
- We can accept returns for non-custom floral arrangements if contact is made within 72 hours of delivery
- Due to the nature of these items we are unable to accept returns after this time period.
