Here we have 4 used reproduction UNION rim locks/latches.  The casings are made from pressed steel. The latches are made from brass.  All the locks have their privacy lock missing (someone has taken them out)

This can be used on doors that are hinged on the left or right. 

Whilst they are missing the privacy locks, they still function as a latch OK. Thus can be used as is or for spares/repairs.

Measurements of Lock Casing: 4 1/8 x 2 3/4 inches (105 x 70m).

From edge of door to the centre of spindle socket 3 inches (75mm)
