#1 - Do I Own the Land ?  The answer is NO.  The land is actually owned
by the Federal Government, you have the right to surface mine the property
and any/all activities related to mining.  That includes camping on your
land while you are prospecting.

#2 - Can I Build On The Claim ?  NO.  No permanent structures can be erected.

#3 - What Are the Taxes ?  You are not required to pay any taxes on mining
claims in the State of Arizona.  There are 2 forms you must file every year and
we will include the forms along with detailed instructions on how/when to file 
them.  All of the paperwork will be filed for you for the year in which you 
purchase your claim - in this case 2009 - no further paperwork will need to be
filed until September of 2010.

#4 - How Much Gold Will I Find ?  Obviously we have no way of knowing
how much gold you will find.  It all depends on your efforts.  We are including
quite a bit of educational material that will teach you how to find gold, in addition
there are a ton of resources available to teach you how to find & extract gold.

We can tell you this though - Gold has been found on all of these claims before!!
