However, there are no building restrictions—and no time limits to build. Terlingua Ranch borders on Big Bend National Park, Big Bend State Park and is just a few miles from the old Terlingua ghost town!!! If you are bidding on a cash sale, full payment must be made within 5 days of the close of the auction unless you make other arrangements with us.
Likewise, if you are bidding on terms, payment of the down payment plus document preparation fee must be made within 5 days of the close of the auction and the prorated payments will be due on the first of each month.
We will record the deed and send it to you as soon as your final payment clears.
