60 gallon cone bottom mixing tank
15 gallon cone bottom methanol and naoh mixing tank

Tank Bubble Insulation, keep the heat in, would be installed after delivery.
I will explain the process in a 1-2-3 form, simplified, As the process is not very hard. To really get started in biodiesel, you need a good setup. Buying equipment will be your quickest way to efficiently make biodiesel.Once you get your system setup you simply repeat the process over and over
. The kit comes with a manual to walk you through each step.
2. Dump oil in heater drum, heat to 130 degrees.
3. The machines motor will suck the oil into the left tank tank.
4. Test the oil to determine the amount of lye needed.
5. Mix methanol and lye in smaller tank.
6. Turn motor on. Methanol mix from small tank will go into large tank.
7. Let motor run for 60 minutes to circulate mixture.
8. After 8-12 hours drain 6-8 gallons of glycerine.
At this point you have biodiesel, but it is a "dirty" biodiesel. What is recomended is to do a water wash, which comes on each machine....
9. Turn timer for water wash. Water will begin to mist over biodiesel.
10. After timer has shut off, drain 5-6 gallons of water.
11. Repeat this process 2-3 times until wash water is clear.
12. Begin drying your biodiesel by having the motor ciculate the biodiesel inside the larger tank.
13. Biodiesel will turn a golden clear, and your process is done and ready to use!
The whole process can take as little as 24 hours, and costs about .70 a gallon to make.

Barrel Heater $200 You heat the oil in a steel 55 gallon drum, wrap this heater around it, has a thermostat.
Mehtanol Hand Crank Pump $45 Pumps the methanol from the drum to the small tank.
Scale $30 This 2000 gram scale will measure your lye and includes a easy pour bowl.
Titration Kit $55 Full kit including 1 gram scale to test your vegetable oil.
Temperature probe $30 Tests temperature in heater barrel, also comes with 4 ft dowel rod.
These items are sold seperatly and are needed to make biodiesel
You get what you pay for, if you see a cheaper processor, compare it to the one we sell.
Watch out for:
- An abundance of pvc pipe
- Motors that are not self priming. will never suck all the liquid out, leaving catalyst sitting in the tanks
- Tubing going everywhich way will not allow for proper draining.
- Are the tanks full draining?
- Mixing methanol and lye with blue pumps is NOT recomended
- Are there wash timers and pump timers for added safety?
- Does the system look clean and easy to use?
- Is the system 100% Assembled?
You will spend more initialy but in the long run you will have a well built machine that is easy to use and works efficiently. Is it worth the time and effort buying a cheaper processor?
