This coupon requires NO advance booking, and there are NO blackout dates. You can book seats literally up until the minute the train leaves, on any train, and save 40%. The coupon is good for one-way OR round-trip travel! Tickets booked using this coupon are also exchangeable and refundable (less a $25 fee per direction), unlike the cheap "Special" and "SuperSaver" fares you can sometimes buy from VIA (which are still more expensive than using this coupon), where if you can't go you lose your money. And again, there is no advance booking or blacked out trains, this coupon can be used any time! This coupon can be used by anyone, there is no special membership requirement or cards to show like you need for some VIA discounts. This coupon is not combinable with any other coupons, discounts, specials, or offers. After purchase of the coupon, the only fees on top of these fares is GST (5%) for travel originating anywhere in Canada other than Quebec, where both GST & QST must be paid (12.5%), and the maritime provinces where HST must be paid. Since this is an electronic coupon, it can only be used to buy your tickets online, and can not be used over the phone or in person at a ticket counter. After receipt of payment I will email you your unique coupon code to enter online when purchasing your ticket on the Viarail.ca website. Since this is an electronic coupon, there is no paper coupon to hand in when picking up your tickets. Simply swipe the credit card used to book or scan the barcode printed on the confirmation page they email you after purchasing your ticket online at a VIA Electronic Ticketing Kiosk (found at all major train stations) or pick it up from a ticket agent. In accordance with Ebay rules, I do have the paper copies available that I can send by regular mail if requested, however it still must be used to book your ticket online. Don't be fooled by other paper coupons being sold on eBay that you have to wait for in the mail and have to be handed in when picking up tickets, and have other restrictions such as 3-day advance notice to book at the discount price, limited seats, and no way to change or refund your ticket if you can't use it. This coupon has NONE of these annoying restrictions! The coupon can only be used ONCE, and should you cancel your ticket for whatever reason, the coupon CAN NOT be re-used.
