OK.. Here is the part that I can not get people to understand.. It is called Shipping and HANDLING.. Yes, I do charge a handling fee with my shipping; it is for expenses incurred while selling the fabrics. I have to go get the fabric, I have to take the packages to the post office, I have the cost of supplies, ink & paper for printers, envelopes, labels, plus these fabrics are rotary cut, which means new blade costs. There are ebay fees for every listing, and paypal fees for every payment received. The low price of the auctions sometimes covers the cost of the fabric... if you do not agree with the "shipping and HANDLING fees.. Please do not bid. Please do not email me after you bid with a problem with the fees, if you do not like it do not bid!
