The Rio Grande and San Juan National Forests are both about 25 miles to the West, and the Great Sand Dunes National Park is 10 miles Northeast.
Access to the property is via Highway 17 North out of the City of Alamosa, approximately 6 miles to the intersection of County Road 2, also known as Two Mile Road. Two Mile Road is then taken approximately 5 miles East to the intersection of County Highway 115S. The main gates to the Ranch are located at the intersection of Two Mile Road and County Road 115S. The property has County maintained year round access to the entrance gates, and a private drive to the parcel with permanent easements for access and utilities. Electric is already at the lot line.
