HomeFindings will normally ship out your purchase on following business day your payment clears (excluding all major holidays).  Once your package has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking confirmation from FedEx to your PayPal registered email address.

Please provide a Physical street address in your PayPal Payment.  PayPal no longer requires your shipping address to be a confirmed address…therefore, simply perform the address change on your PayPal payment before submitting ‘it only takes a moment”.

Canada Customers:

We will either ship via USPS or FedEx “depending on item”.  Shipping price includes shipping, handling and all brokerage fees that we prepay via FedEx.  Your package will arrive to you free of additional cash on delivery fees “no hidden charges”! 

SHPPING TO HI, AK & PUERTO RICO:

An ADDITIONAL $19.99 charge will apply for each comforter set and $14.99 for each mink blanket.  Shipping will be processed via USPS Priority Mail.  Normal delivery time is up to 5 Business Days.

Comforter sets, Blankets, Bed Spreads, Quilts, and Rugs must ship to a PHYSICAL STREET ADDRESS FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box address.

RETURN POLICY

 Returns and exchanges are happily accepted back if contact is made within SEVEN days of delivery date.  PLEASE e-mail us prior to making an exchange or return for your Return Authorization Number.  All returns/exchanges must be shipped back to HomeFindings within one week of us providing you with your RMA #. 

Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by winning bidder and are non-refundable. 

• Items must return in original package.
• Items must contain no scented smell, must not have been used, washed and contain no stains, damage, etc.
• Items MUST REMAIN in resalable condition "No exceptions".

Once your return arrives at the warehouse, inspection approves the return for a refund; refund will be issued back in the form of payment received.  There will be a deduction of shipping charge on all items that originally shipped out free of shipping fee...basically the original cost and handling of shipping the item/s to you.
