This is a brand new (never opened) set of 100% Egyptian Cotton, 400 thread count, sheets.  I accidentally bought the wrong size and they were on clearance and unreturnable.  If you have never felt Egyptian Cotton sheet, they are fabulous!  They feel very silky.  These sheets sell for $60 or more.  I got them for $30 and now you can have them for $10.00!  What a steal!!!!!!
