Frequently Asked Questions:

1) How many lights do I need?  Normal spacing is 2-3 times the mounting height, which can vary based on how well you want the area lit.

2) Do they come with a warranty?   Although we do not anticipate any problems, these lights are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase.  We have a hassle free warranty program where we diagnose the problem and ship out a replacement within 1 business day.  We even pay to ship the defective items back to us.  In addition, we warranty their arrival to you in working condition and not damaged.

3) What voltage are these lights wired for?  These lights have multi-tap ballasts making them suitable for 120/208/240/277 volts. 

4) How do I wire and mount these?  We include a 2" slip fitter with each light, which will allow the light to slip onto a pipe of 2" to 2 3/8" O.D.  Upon immediate request, we can substitute a wall mount bracket at no additional charge.  Please call or include a note with your paypal payment if you would like us to substitute the wall mount bracket.

6) What brand are these light fixtures?  We have these lights custom manufactured and we do not stamp a brand name onto them.  The quality is superb!

7) What color of light do these put out?  This is a metal halide light which puts off a white colored light.

9) What is the difference between a low bay light and a high bay light?  Low bays are generally used for ceiling heights under 20 feet, while high bays are used for ceiling heights over 20 feet.  Low bays have an acrylic diffuser on the bottom of the fixture that will help to flood the light outward over the shorter span to the floor.  If you need high bay lights, check out our Ebay store for a full selection.
