This laser diode is NOS manufactured in Jan 05. The unit has been tested and outputs more than 400mw at .75A. This diode also comes with a brand new glass Newport SMA Fiber coupled collimator ($149 from newport). This unit easily cuts electrical tape and burns black plastic. I will also include a new fan cooled peltier module and heatsink assembly for the diode. Please e-mail me with any questions, guaranteed not DOA. Everything you see here is new.
