Return Policy
All sales are final unless they are found to be damaged by shipping carrier. We must be
notified of the situation within 3 days of your receipt. All items come with 21 day
store warranty unless advertised differently. After 21 days, the balance of the warranty
is carried direct with the manufacturer.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refund after 21 days.
Under NO circumstances will any shipping and processing fees be refunded. No returns will
be accepted if the original packaging is damaged and/or missing accessories. Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping charge, Including DOA (defect on arrival) product. Return Procedures
Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise
should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must
be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the
appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their
original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an
invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
