This lot measures approximately 125' by 145' and is exactly 1 mile from the International Home Furnishing center in High Point, NC. The first photo from the left is looking from the other side of Langford. The lot listed here has the trees. West Green Drive is to the right. The second photo is looking from the back of the lot towards the corner of Green and Langford.  Photos 3 and 4 are others of the lot, 5 is from across W Green Dr.  The one dead tree in photo has been  removed since taking the photo.

We had it surveyed by Alan Mize in 2000 and can fax a copy of the 8.5" x 11" plat to you.

The parcel number is 18-00-0037-0-0007-00-001 and is in my name Stephen Thayer. There are no leans and title is free and clear. You can go to the Guilford Co GIS for inspection also.
