Spider Office Chairs LLC offers a no-hassle return policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and we will promptly refund your money to the original credit card. Simply follow the instructions:
1. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
2. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled. The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will be subject to 15% restocking fees.
3. Indicate your Return Authorization Number (Use your Order #) on the packing slip, on the outside of the box and include your packing slip with your return.
4. Returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer. For your convenience Spider Office Chairs LLC can send FedEx pre-paid return shipping labels. We use our discounted shipping rates to bring the items back to our warehouse. Customer will pay flat return shipping fees. Please refer to following table for our hassle free flat rate return shipping labels fees.
