The unloading tool has a hollow handle so when you unload the brass from the moon it will all fit into the handle.The handle has a rubberized grip on it for easy handl;ing. VERY NEAT ITEM!!!  The moons are made from spring steel. All is brand new in pkg. as shown in photo. All made in the USA!! HANDLE MAY VARY IN COLOR
