When you are buying from this EBay - you are buying painting from me directly. I work with web administrator that helps me to manage eBay sales but I monitor it very close.

Every painting for me is a study. I never know how it will turn out and what colors will I use, etc. I start with the idea of a composition. I make a few sketches. I try to cover a lot of ground in one session and then leave the painting for a week or more. Then I return and look at it. Sometimes it takes only two sessions sometimes it takes many. Sometimes it is the image that pops in my mind and sometimes it is something that I came across and I want record. I am not trying to record it as a photo image but rather as an emotional state. Colors, shapes, line etc have a character of its own. I use them to record my state but they may communicate totally different message to you.

My favorite subjects are surfing, wild life and golf courses. I love listening to the jazz music while I paint. It gives me an impression of freedom and direction. I find painting relaxing. I like to socialize with selected friends but socializing in general more difficult that painting.
