We usually ship fast! often within 24hrs or less, but occasional handling time may be up to 3 working days or more. Shipping carrier and method is at seller's option and may be changed without notice. No items shipped until payment is verified. Shipping and handling are not refundable. No combined shipping unless specifically listed in the item OR we agree to it in advance. Tracking is available for all except First Class International Mail. Seller is not responsible for damage or loss by shipping carrier. Insurance is recommended for high value & fragile items. Most are new and should perform as well as factory sealed items during normal use but some may have minor signs of handling. "Open box" is usually clearly stated in those  listings. Some items may be repackaged by us for shipping. This gives us the opportunity to check and test them more carefully and often makes for safer shipping.
