From Val-d'or you drive 25 miles south on a well maintained gravel road to the Main lodge, Northern Outfitters, and then travel 10 miles on water to the Cottage.

Canadian Waterfront Terms:
Your winning DOWNPAYMENT bid and a $250 processing fee is to be received within 5 days from auction end, cashiers check, money order, or use of credit card with paypal. My brother is the owner of the cottage, and the owner financed contract will be with him, with monthly payments going directly to him. On receiving your payment, you will receive the contract: terms: $49,911 paid at $498/month at 9.5% interest. Pay off early at any time/no prepayment penalty. After final payment, your ownership will be legally registered with the Province of Quebec.
Land Permit and Taxes approx. $450 per year and current. Permit and taxes $450/year and paid for this year, not due again until next Spring 2009. $1300/year fee acting as insurance, with onsite overseer checking on the place each week, all year, has been paid, and not due again until May 1st, 2009. On receiving your final monthly payment, your new ownership will be legally registered with the Province of Quebec.
