Casa Palma is located at Sunset Lakes, which is a gated community situated on a property with 2 lakes, only 4 miles from Disney World Sunset Lakes has a playground, a pool with a bath-house and bordered on one side by a conservation area, this community is picture perfect. In the mornings, weather permitting, you can see a lovely sunrise and watch hot air balloons taking off from across the street that float over the homes and lakes located here. In the evenings, the sunset is spectacular reflected in the lakes, and to the East, you can see MGM's fireworks over the trees. At night the surrounding conservation lands make you feel like that you are on a tropical island when in reality you are only minutes from Disney World and all other Central Florida attractions. You'll think that you are vacationing at a private resort on some far tropical island you visit the shops, malls, restaurants of Kissimmee's route 192 which is only minutes away! Sunset Lakes is a neighborhood where the sun never seems to set and the millions of stars are visible at night.
There are shops and restaurants a moments drive away, along with the hustle and bustle of 192 and Disney. On site we have a community pool, children's "Tot lot" play area, two tranquil well stocked fishing lakes. One lake has a cabana and deck to enjoy romantic sunsets, and view Disney Fireworks. Surrounded by conservation, this small exclusive oasis is kept to high standards. A pleasant walk around the lake or grounds of the Estate, or an afternoon of fishing, or simply watching the wild life can provide memories that linger long after the tan has faded.

Casa Palma has over two floors and over 2,600 square feet of heated living space, 4 bedrooms which includes two master suites, a formal dinning room, living room and a kitchen. Our home has central air conditioning, six cable TV's, three DVD players , Playstation 2 and telephones that accept international credit cards for calling home. It has a large heated pool and kiddy pool both pools and a lanai, all are enclosed for your comfort. A generous supply of towels, linens, and utensils to accommodate each registered guest. There is also a washer and tumble dryer in our home.
Our home is great for one large family, two families or that special vacation with the grandparents, since both couples get their own suite. After a fun day at the Theme parks you can relax in your own private, central air conditioned and professionally decorated vacation home instead of a cramped uninteresting hotel room.
